Since I am approaching a new decade in my life, I am on a quest to create new dishes every chance I get. I am sick of cooking "dorm food" and am trying to make food that entice my appetite. From now on, I will attempt to document my adventure here every week.

I did it
I finally bought a Le Creuset! Yay!! It sits on top of my stove top and I look at it everyday to enjoy its prescense. I will cook lots of yummy food with it. YAY!!!!

Typical New Yorker foodie who might be a bit too enthusiastic about eating. I think we should definitely put more meats on sticks, that's the way to go.
